& drafted by Archplanest’s professional team of architects, engineers
and consultants. Each plan is designed to meet nationally recognized
building codes. Each set may include the following elements:
Phase 1:
- Floor Plans with furniture Layout – It gives the overview of Bedroom, kitchen, living room, drawing room, etc. In this we cover the Vaastu complaints, client’s preferences, optimum utilization of space, comfortable placements of objects. Show the placement of interior walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways, furniture etc. of each level of the house.
- Front Elevations (2-D) – Showing the front view of House exterior, details and measurements. This is very much needed at the time of construction. Exterior of house depends on this.
- 3D- Perspective View - Show an imaginative look of designed home. It gives you an idea that how’s your house will look like after complete finish.
Phase 2:
- Working Drawings: It includes Detail Drawings of floor, walls & Cross Sections,.
- Details Drawings of Doors & windows: - Show the detail placement of doors & windows with its width, height, location, type of doors & windows.
- Detail Drawings of Toilets & kitchen: - Show detail structure of kitchen & Toilet placement. It shows the detail structure of every objects which is to be placed in, such type of flooring, label of wall flooring, Pots, wash basin, bath tub etc.
- Detail Drawings of Staircase: - Shows the details of stairs i.e. no of levels, height of risers, landing placement.
Phase 3:
- Structural Design (Complete Set) - Deliver complete set of architectural drawing drafted by civil engineers. It includes Beam Details, Foundation Details, Foundation Plan, General Arrangement of Beams, and Reinforcement Detail at each Floor.
- Electrical Layouts - Show the suggested locations for switches, fixtures and outlets.
- Plumbing Drawing - Show the water connections and drainage systems.
Other Services:
- BOQ - Average cost of project. (Bill of Quantity). It provides detail of building material with suggested cost of construction.
Planning Schedule will be as follows:
· 1st Phase : Concept Drawings
o Floor Plan with furniture layout.
[Floor plan will be send within 4 working days. (Will keep few working days for revisions as per your satisfaction)]
o 2 D & 3 D of Front Elevation.
[After 3 working days when the floor plan gets approved. (Will keep few working days for revisions)]
· 2nd Phase : ( Working Drawings)- (Once First Phase get approved by clients)
o Floor Working Drawings
o Detail Drawings of Doors & Windows
o Detail Drawings of Toilets & Kitchen
o Detail Drawings of Stair case
· 3rd Phase (Once we complete 2nd phase/ Done in parallel with 2nd phase) (Will take 15 Working Days)
o Complete Set of Structural Drawings
