Steps followed at Archaplest to simply the work load and get the best output as desired house plan and Interior Designs.: 

 

  1. We tries to gather as much information from client to get perfect idea of plot details and requirement for house plan.

2. We discuss the brief of requirements and share costing for designs.

3. After fulfilling all the formalities, we start designing of the plan.

4. Although we don't have any limitation of revision or option in concept plan stage, but we try to accommodate all the requirements of client in 5-6 revision.

5. After completing the concept plans, we start working on 3D elevation.

6. Before designing the elevation we share some samples based on plans to know the liking of clients. Even client can also share his openinons. 

7. After designing the elevation we take another 15 days to complete rest other technical drawings. 

8. For technical drawings we need some more information like, type of soil, earthquake zone, plot location, water level etc. This helps us to decide what kind of structure is safe for any house design.
